It has extremely spacious rooms and nice location near the hill at night and a beautiful area next to the Colosseum. Staff is great. The bed is comfortable. There is Hearing Accessible policy, just in case.

Overall, it's convenient base for exploring Rome tourist places. Location is peaceful, 15 minutes drive to an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. The area itself is residential, next to a very quiet residential area and the hill at night and the Colosseum.
